What is this?

What is genetic recombination? What does is do for a species and is it good or bad?

Genetic Recombination is the reassortment of chromosomes and the genetic information they carry, either by crossing over or by independent segregation of homologous chromosomes. 128 different sperm or eggs are possible. The number of different possibilities are 16,384. In species this number is increasing because of species increases. Now, by crossing over, this means there are many differnt possibilities for the chromosomes.

It can be good for the species it just depends on what species it is. It adds a variety to the species. Genetic recombinatino is the reassortment of chromosomes and the genetic information they carry. There are many different possiblities for the chromosomes.

Genetic recombination is the reasortment of chromosomes and the genetic informantion that they carry. By crossing chromosomes it gives you many different possibilities for an offspring, this means there is less chance of a mutation

Genetic Recombination is the rearrangment of chromosome and the genetic information that is contained with in them. You can do this by either crossing independent segregation of homozygous chromosomes. There can be 128 sperm and eggs that can result from this. The number of different outcomes is 16,384. When the species reproduces then this number will also increase and can be endless for genetic information in chromosomes.

its the assortment of chromosomes and genetic information they have. there are many different possible things for the chromosomes. it is good for the species sometimes.

Genetic Recombination is a major source of genetic variation among organisms caused by the reassortment or crossing over during meiosis. It is also the reassortment of chromosomes and the genetic information that they carry. This lets there be many different possibilities for the chromosomes. Genetic Recombination can be good for a species, but it just depends on what kind of species the organism is.

It is the reassortment of chromosomes and the genetice information they carry. they carry either by crossing over or by independent segregation of homoglous chromosmoes. there are 16,384 different possibilities. So this means there are many different possibilities for the chromosomes.

Genetic Recombination is the process by which genetic material is broken and then joined to the end of a different DNA molecule. This causes ofspring to have different genes from each one of their parents and so there are many different possibilities for the chromosomes.

Genetic Recombination is when you rearange the chromosomes along with the genetic information that they carry, eiher by crossing over, or segregation of homologous chromosomes. This can be good and bad for species when it increases them. This causes many different possibilities for chromosomes.

it is your geenetic ID. it is good because it can not de taken a way fram you. it is not aldil to mach any one els.

genetic recombination is the assortment of your DNA and it can help the species because they can it cant be changed they can just pass down to their offspring.

In other words, its your genetic I.D. Genetic Recombination can be good for species, it just depends on what species it is. It makes many different changes of different offspring so there's less mutants.

it is reassorting the chromosomes and genetic info. By crossing them it gives different varieties of offspring.
