I learned a lot of things. I didn't know that owls ate things whole. I also didn't know that they stayed whole. I thought it interesting to say the very least.
owls eat so many things. mainly other birds & mice tho. haha & apparently animals w/ a lot of fur. seeing as how the whole pellet was prty much fur & feathers.
I learned that owls eat a large variety of animals, sometimes even birds. They also crap out a lot of fur and bones and feathers which is very weird. So ya i learned more about owl pellets.
I learned that owls eat alot of things and then they don't get rid of it after traveling thought the body but do like a cat with a hairball. I think that them eating things like mice and rabbits is kind of cool until we have to disect it it wasn't the best lab this year because it was kind of sick going through there wastes
um truth be told i learned about nothing from the lab. I knew most of this stuff already but it was a little fun seein it all for real. I guess i never realized that there was so much fur and stuff in the pellets.
