The difference between light and dark reactions in photosynthesis is the fact that the light photosynthesis needs light. So also then they need chloroplast. I know that is really hard to understand that light reaction needs light and dark reactions dont need light.

The difference between light and dark eactions in photosynthesis is tha tone is light and one is dark. The light reaction requires chlorophyll then traps light and splits water into hydrogen ion. The dark reaction takes place in light or darkness. It makes CO2 to form carbs.

The light and dark reactions both really need light to occur. In the light reactions, sunlight splits H2O to produce H+ (for energy) and O2 (waste). The end products are NADPH and ATP, which are both energy sources that drive the dark reactions. The dark reactions don't need sunlight directly, but use the energy produced during the light reactions. Here, CO2 is fixed from the air and converted into starches and sugars using NADPH and ATP to power the conversion.

Light reactions require chlorophyll, light, and H20. Dark reaction can take place inthe light or darkness. Dark reactions combine to CO2 and form carbohydrates. They are both important in photosynthesis.

During light reaction of photosynthesis which requires chlorphyll traps light splits water into H+ ions combines into CO2 to form carbohydrates. During dark reactions takes place light or in darkness. Also dark reactions go to co2 to H20 as a by-product.

The difference between dark photosynthesis and light photosynthesis is that one of them is light and one of them is light. The light photosynthesis needs light to work and the dark can work in light or in dark.

Light reactions need light in order to work while dark reactions don't need light. The light reactions requires chlorophyll to trap the light and make energy too. And that would be the difference between them.
