What are two things that you have learned from watching the presentations in class yesterday and today?

i learned that we have come along ways lately with our technology and the way that we do things. example: instead of like fingerprinting for indentification we use iris scans. we can also now make limbs out of plastic and wires and machines. i also learned that nanotechnology is getting alot bigger and we have come a long ways.

I learned that DNA fingerprinting was first created from seal or whatever. Thats kinda cool. I also learned that cat scans can see inside the body and stuff. I also learned that bionics are making life for people with disablities and problems easier.

I learned that we are going to have a very interesting future with all this biological advances.Oh ya and I think the robot arm is cool!!

I learned that DNA fingerprinting is not really DNA from your fingerprints. Its from other things and they can tell what kinds of genes that your baby will have through this. I also learned that nanotechnology is being used more and more. I also learned that cat scans are used to see insdie your body.

I learned that techonology has come a long way. We have learned a lot of things from our presentatons. I learned that cat scans can help us see a lot and that they use sponges that use nanotechnology to clean up spills in the ocean and things like that. I learned quite a bit from the presentations yesterday.

I learned that nanotechnology is in every mechanical item because those make up the very small materials on the insides of things like ipods. I also learned that nobody can kill james bond, he kills you. One more thing I learned is that DNA fingerprinting is a very long and difficult and confusing time-taking process.

That our technology is advancing and helping the poeple who cant help themselves. The new tech. is makeing it so they can live by themselves, and independently. Also nanotechnology is awesome. We use that in everyday life.

I have learned about what they can use and make using nanotechnology. I have also learned about like scanning the iris and cat scans and dna fingerprinting. I think my favorite one was the fingerprinting because i think that it is very interesting because that is what they use to catch criminals and things.

Technology has come along way and we have sooo many different technologies. We have ways of making clothes stain resistant. that is craZY!

I learned that we have gotten more technology as the years go by. Like stain repellent pants using nanotechnolgy. Or instead of using fingerprinting we use iris scans. I also learned that cat scans can see and detect tumors inside the body. And that Bionoics make people who are disabled or can't do things very easy can live a normal life.

That fingerprinting will be eventually replaced by iris scans. Also that nanotechnology is amazing how they take tubes and do things in them when their not even a mm long. Crazy stuff that nanotechnology.

I learned thay our technology has imporoved greatly recently. Some of the new technolgies are iris scans, DNA fingerprinting, and bionics. These will all make our lives easier and more efficient.
