Carbo

What do carbohydrates due for the body? Are they good are bad?

Carbs give us energy and calories. THey also provide cell support and help recognize invading cells. They can be good, but if you get too many carbs and energy you will get fat.

Carbohydrates give the body lots and lots of energy. They also give us calories. There are good carbs and there are also some bad cards. If you have too many carbs you will get fat. Carbs also give the cell support.

Carbohydrates give us energy and provide cell support and recognize cells that are invading. Carbs are good for you but only in certain amounts. If you eat too many carbs, you will get fat. And thats not good!!

Carbs are good and bad for you. If you have to many they can be bad for you. They are good for you if you eat them rightly.

They are the most abundant biomolecules. Your body breaks down carbs into glucose. They are two carbohydrates: Simple carbs and complex carbs.

Carbohydrates supply the body with energy. If you want to do anything, you need energy. So, carbohydrates are good. But too much of something is bad, because carbs give you calories. Too many calories is unhealthy you can become overweight if you don't do any exercise to burn it off.

Carbs are good to a certain point. To many carbs can cause you to gain weight and can cause health problems. Cabroydrates help give your body energy and calories and they provide cells with support and help reconizing invading cells.

Carbohydrates give us more energy by giving us more calories. They provide support of the cells and help recognize invading cells such as bacteria or viruses. They can be good because they help you from getting sick by recognizing viruses right away but can be bad by making people more fat.

Carbs are a great source of energy and can be very helpful but too much of them can be unheathy and make u fat.

carbs are a great source of energy. They are good but can give you some fatness. haha but they also help the cells
