sI learned that there are many different types of kingdoms within my kingdom. I learned that it was first discovered 150 years ago. The last thing I learned is that all known bacterial pathogens are eubacteria.

I learned from the animal kingdom that there are a couple groups in it. There are the invertebrates and Vertebrates. I also learned that of the 800,000 species in the animal kingdom, most of them are from the arthropod phylum.

I learned that the plant kingdom has thousands of different species. Many people don't think of the different types of plants, they just think of things like trees and flowers, but their are many types of subgroups which are called species.

Our group has the plant kingdom. I learned that there are four classification systems involved in the kingdom. Another thing I learned is that of the majority of the 270,000 plant species, they are mostly flowering herbs.

our groups kingdom is the protista kingdom...which is basically the "left overs" group...meaning in which the species/organisms that don't fit in the other kingdoms are in this kingdom.

I learned that the kingdom of Protista are eukaryotes. They lack complex organs and organ systems. They can be plants or animals. They also live in moist environments. Protist fossils have been traced back to 2 billion years ago.

I have learned there's fungus in the protists. They are mostly multicellular but some unicellular. Some are plantlike, others are animal- like, and some are fungus- like.
