I learned that different chemicals can affect the growth of a seed. I guess that we cant really explain what happened since nothing really happened today. But ill be able to tell you more once stuff starts happening.
Supposedly chemicals can have an affect on germination of a plant. And that you cannot pour things back into a container because they can be contaminated by the beaker thing. Also yah we are going to observe its growth.
I learned that by putting different things such as distilled water, acids, and bases, you can change the growth of seeds. Other than that we haven't done much yet so there was nothing else that i could learn. Throughout the week though and making observations I will be able to learn more.

I saw that the different chemicals can affect how the plant or seed grows. When you pour something into the beaker you cannot put it back into the container because it could already be contaminated by what you had in the beaker before. But we really didn't have anything interesting happen today.
We are learning about acid rain and the effect on plants. Different chemicals will effect how seeds will germinate. But we havent learned what does what because we havent seen the results of our experiment. I think the seeds in the acid wont germinate.
I learned that different acids are going to do different things. They all do different things. I think that the acids are going to do more than the water. I think that water will germinate and i dont think the solutions will.

From the lab i learned alot of different things. I learned that all the different things that affect the growth of a bean. We just started the lab so i cant really say what i learned from it really. We will have to observe teh growth of the beans and see what happens.
I learned that seeds grow differently with different chemicals. I also learned the acids and bases do different things. We really have not seen anything happen to the seeds.
WE havent learned anything yet but we will over the next few days learn how acids and base effect the growth of plants. Like how acid rain falls to the ground and the runoff of many things.
i learned that bleach probably isnt the best way to improve the germ on you already twenty year old lima beans.. i dont know if the bases will help the cause or not but i guess we will see
Today in lab i learned that bleach water stimulates mold growth. I also learned that lima beans can grow mold and different chemicals can affect the growth of the bean. Iam interested to see the results of our beans.

I learnedt that limabeans taste bad. Just kidding i actually learned that chemicals can help or hurt a seed. This lab is kinda sweeeeeet.
